Specialist event crew for the work you need done
Alongside general event crew, Urban Crew supplies qualified operators and specialist staff. Start with the task and equipment so the required competence, availability and working arrangements can be agreed.
Operators and specialist roles
You can enquire about forklift and telehandler drivers, cherry picker and scissor lift operators, follow spot operators, IPAF and PASMA qualified personnel, load-out managers, ushers and front-of-house staff. Confirm which roles can be supplied for your event dates and location.
Specify the equipment and work
Include the equipment type, the task, venue rules, shift times and any qualification or authorisation requirements. A qualification for one equipment category should not be treated as evidence for another. Confirm the relevant operator credentials and site requirements before the work starts.
Make coordination part of the booking
Name the person responsible for the work on site and explain how specialist tasks connect to deliveries, general crew and other suppliers. Identify the handover points, access arrangements and any changes between setup, event operation and breakdown.
Confirm the scope of supply
A request for an operator does not by itself establish who supplies the equipment, who authorises its use or who controls the work area. Set out those responsibilities in the enquiry and confirm them with Urban Crew and the venue before booking.
Request a role-specific quote
Share your location, dates, hours, required roles and crew numbers through the quote form. Explain any uncertainty about equipment or scope so the team can discuss it before a booking is confirmed. Use the general event crew or build-and-breakdown guide for the other parts of the job.
